The application is designed in a very simple way. It is very simple;
1 - Google Play from "Time" Download
2 - Widgets section of the "Time" and drag the widget to the home screen.
3 - Adjust the size of the widget to your liking
4 - click on the settings from Widget

b) You can show or hide the day.
c) You can show or hide the date.
d) You can show or hide the alarm.
