Resep Bubur Manado
Bahan:
150 gram beras, cuci bersih
1100 ml air
2 sdt garam
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai
300 gram jagung pipilan
500 ml santan kental
200 gram labu kuning potong dadu 2 cm
150 gram ubi merah, potong dadu 2 cm
100 gram daun labu, bersihkan
100 gram daun kangkung
2 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
5 tangkai daun kemangi, siangi
150 gram ikan asin jambal roti, goreng kering
Cara Membuat:
Rebus beras beserta daun salam dan serai hingga lunak.
Masukkan jagung pipilan, santan, garam, dan kaldu bubuk, aduk rata. Masak sambil diaduk hingga jagung matang.
Masukkan labu kuning dan ubi merah, masak sampai ubi dan labu matang, aduk rata.
Tambahkan dengan daun labu, daun kangkung, dan daun kemangi, aduk rata hingga bubur mengental dan sayuran lunak, kemudian angkat.
Sajikan bubur manado selagi panas dengan ikan asin jambal roti yang telah digoreng.
