We pursued the simplicity of one function. The “IZE” series V10.
It is a free diary app to record day-to-day of the "Anger" and "Frustration" with "Angry Frequency", "Priority", "Diary".
Try Anger Management to know your "angry pattern", to face your feelings and to live a better life "not being bothered by anger".
Let's start anger management with Anger Diary.
1.10 stage evaluation
By attaching a score of "10 grades" to my anger, I can tell "what is it that you are getting angry with?"
2. Anger's diary
By writing out your anger in the diary, you can calmly understand its cause and prepare "countermeasures" and "countermeasures".
Also, by reading back the diary objectively and observing it, I can understand my "angry pattern".
3. Priority
"Priority" to confront your anger, and ignore "low (do not need to get angry") so that you can quiet them.
