Announcer - Call and SMS app says the Caller's Name When your phone is ringing and message too.
This app is very useful in situations when you are driving your car , when you are cooking , jogging, walking or when your Phone is in your pocket , so that you can identify who is calling & who is messaging you without looking your phone screen.
This app will not work if your smart phone does not have text-to-speech library, you can get it from Google play store.
