Fix for "setup a web browser app" error dialog.
This error was shown by Play Store itself. These special beta sign-up links are not supported by native Play Store app. But they still catch and force to open in the native app and then show this error.

This application has no UI.
It is a very very small utility application.
Go to play store and click on any of the apps you find.
Scroll until you find the "Share" button. It is below ratings and reviews.
Press share and choose me.
You will be redirected to beta testing enrollment web page.
Most apps do not have beta testing setup but it is good anyways to try them.
