This app is designed to work offline without the need to create an account, it doesn't have any advertising and all data is stored on your phone only. The TRIAL version of the app allows you to create a maximum of 15 appointments. To use the FULL version and create unlimited appointments, you'll need to unlock it using in app purchase.
