Moreover, you can make a reservation for restaurants and for the SPA in our hotel even if you do not stay at our hotel. You can chat with our hotel staff regarding to your guest service requests by the application and send your requests and feedbacks. We will be working to provide the best service instantly by evaluating the surveys regarding to your experiences which we will send by the application while you are using the application.
