Este nomograma indica las características de las incisiones arcuatas según la condición del paciente.
Dependiendo de la cantidad de astigmatismo a tratar, la paquimetría corneal medida en el área de las incisiones, la edad del paciente y la existencia o no de un procedimiento de queratoplastia penetrante previa, el nomograma detalla la profundidad de corte (en porcentaje y micras), el tamaño de cada incisión y su localización en diámetro (radio medido desde el apex corneal) en el que se deben realizar las incisiones.
