If you are planning to make Arduino project which you want to control with Android phone via Bluetooth, then this application may helpful lot!
This application I have created for my Arduino project to LED on and off via my Android phone. So I have created two button in this app to LED on/off and one input text box to send any number of alphabet to send Arduino.

How to install Arduino bluetooth APK for Android [menu]
Download Arduino bluetooth APK file (com.circuitmagic.arduinobluetooth_7_3508308.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
