The My Blueprint Mobile app helps members manage their healthcare and insurance from anywhere. Some helpful features on My Blueprint Mobile include:
- Electronic member IDs and the ability to email or fax
- Find Care features with cost estimates for procedures, mapping, and reviews
- Personal health record access to help fill out medical forms
- Easily reach customer service by phone or email
- Pharmacy information with prescription history and refill orders
- Access to claims and policy information
- Bill payment, where applicable
The app supports members of Arkansas Blue Cross, Health Advantage, and BlueAdvantage of Arkansas.
