asleep is a smart sleep assistant that monitors your sleep quality, helps you get rid of snoring, records night sounds, wakes you up at the most optimal time, and gives you the opportunity to choose relaxing sounds for sleep.
Sleep Monitoring:
Monitor your sleep with the monitoring feature, pre-selecting factors that affect sleep and a relaxing lullaby that will help you fall asleep.
Snore Recording:
If any sounds are detected during sleep, the app will record them, saving the time and duration of snoring. Thanks to this function, you will be able to determine what factors affect snoring during sleep.
Smart alarm clock:
When you enable the Smart alarm option, the app will track the most appropriate sleep phase to Wake you up at the most convenient moment.
