Welcome to Australian Tamil Broadcasting Corporation
ATBC is Australiaís only 24hour Tamil Community Radio serving the community for over ten years and it is a not-for-profit organisation. ATBC ís Principle Studio is in Sydney and we have production studios in Melbourne and Toronto.
We have our own broadcast towers in Sydney and Melbourne and in addition our programs are web streamed which reach audience Australia wide and Global. More than 80 volunteers take part in the production, presentation and the operation of this radio.
ATBC is a Media partner with the NSW Government and work closely with other non- Government and community organisations as well.
We have established partnership agreement with many local and overseas radio stations to exchange contents to serve the needs of our listeners. We share contents with SBS Radio, 2000FM, BBC World Service, CTR Canada and many more.
ATBCís creation and its successful community based operation is a remarkable achievement for a small vibrant Tamil community.
