- All the meditations have been written and narrated by Bindu Pothalil, the founder of Awake to Life, and are based on her 20 years of meditation practices in several traditions (Buddhism, Hinduism, Advaita, Yoga …). She has lived in many places around the world, while having a multicultural background with Indian roots. After a career in the corporate world, she is embarking on a new life by investing her energy in Awake, which totally aligns with her values and passion.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
- Awake is free to use for a selection of meditations, the inner state check-in tool, soundtracks and most of the Awake board. We also offer a Premium version to unlock the content of all the meditations, plus an expanded Awake Board.
- Subscription pricing and Terms: Awake offers two options for Premium membership:
o 8,99€ per month
o 63,99€ per year
You will be charged through the Play Store and may turn off your subscription auto-renewal through your Play Store account settings. We cannot offer a refund for unsubscribing early. Your price may be converted to your local currency.
