AyuRythm is a patent-pending personalized holistic wellness digital solution. It is an application where you can complete the age-old and renowned Naadi Pariksha with the help of your smartphone. This app offers a mix of modern science and ancient medical knowledge from India. Naadi Pariksha is the Ayurvedic non-invasive system of diagnosing an individual's mind-body constitution. Once the person's constitution is known, a personalized holistic wellness regime like diet suggestion, Yogasana, breathing exercise or pranayama, yoga postures, benefits of meditation, mudras, kriyas, herbal supplements, etc., inclusions and exclusions, are suggested basis your body type.
Based on Ayurveda, AyuRythm assesses your ayurvedic health parameters to recommend the above traditional wellness methods for a healthy lifestyle. Taking PPG with the help of a camera, it derives your Ayurvedic parameter like Vega, Akruti Tanaav, Akruti Matra, Bala, Kathinya, Tala, Gati and many similar parameters. These health parameters are then converted to ayurvedic doshas and are bucketed in Kapha, Pitta, and Vata by deriving the high, medium, and low values.
- To ascertain the correct values, our algorithm uses the age, height, weight, and gender of the users, and that's why we take the date of birth to arrive at users' age.
The app works as follows:
Differential diagnosis expert system to assess the Prakriti (inherent body type assessment of an individual, in terms of Kapha, Pitta, and Vata balance) based on the literature and published work. Total 30 questions.
Naadi Pariksha is to establish the current mind-body constitution of you, called Vikriti (in terms of Kapha, Pitta, and Vata, in 30 seconds).
Post this, our recommendation engine customizes the app for you and based on the variance in Kapha, Pitta and Vata, suggestions are given on wellness, mindfulness, relaxation, better health, and lifestyle thus bringing back the overall wellness. Recommendations include weight loss exercises, yoga asanas, yogic pranayama, mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, relaxation techniques for stress reduction, immunity booster, meditation music, healthier eating habits, and a healthy diet plan to improve digestion and weight loss too.

AyuRythm also has a library of 1500+ herbal home remedies to help you relieve basic ailments like back pain, muscle pains, hair care, gastric problems etc., at odd times, using simple methods and ingredients from your home and kitchen.
