As a Baptist Memorial patient, you can use our Baptist OneCare mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for Baptist Memorial patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere.
Using MyChart you can:
• View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations.
• Schedule appointments and request prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your health care team.
• Organize all your medical information into one personal health record.
• View and pay your bill online.
You need to have a MyChart account to access the MyChart features.

How to install Baptist OneCare APK for Android [menu]
Download Baptist OneCare APK file (org.baptistonecare.mychart_2846_24373537.zip) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
