Now you can have basement horse, aka sewer horse, watching you from your home screen. Tap it to go to its meme site. This widget looks hilarious on almost any wallpaper picture where it can be placed on the 'ground' :)
This is a widget, not a regular Android app. To add it to your home screen, simply long press on your home screen and choose Widgets > Basement Horse
