We have updated the BCBS FEP Dental app to include additional functionality.
Enjoy enhanced security at log in:
The mobile app uses the latest security technology to protect your personal health information. You must enter your username and password each time you access the secure member portal via the app. No personal health information is ever stored on your device. You can complete registration and manage your profile in the secure member portal.
See your benefit, coverage and claims information on the go:
View your plan type, benefit levels, deductibles and maximums. Check the status of your most recent dental claims, and those of your dependents (log in required).
View your member ID card:
Show your member ID card at the dentist’s office without getting out your wallet. When you log in to the app, you can access your member ID card. You can also email your member ID card to your dentist or a dependent right from the app (login required).
Explore new features
We have updated the BCBS FEP Dental app to enhance the existing brush and floss timer.
Create profiles for all members of your family in order to:
• Use the timer to make sure everyone is brushing for as long as recommended by the American Dental Association
• Track timer usage for brushing and flossing each day and view oral hygiene progress
• Earn a star for every day the user brushes and flosses the recommended amount of times
• Earn badges for brushing or flossing every day for a week, two weeks, or a whole month!
