Beas Plus adalah salah satu sarana untuk warga dapat melaporkan kejadian kegawat daruratan selain melalui telfon ke 119, dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini warga yang melapor secara otomatis mengirimkan lokasi laporan yang kemudian diverifikasi oleh pertugas customer service, selanjutnya petugas ambulans dikirimkan kelokasi yang diminta, warga juga dapat melihat status laporan yang sudah dibuat dapat melihat lokasi ambulans dan dapat melihat lokasi relawan dan estimasi waktu tiba petugas ke lokasi laporan.
