The built in alarm clock will wake you at your desired time with a refreshing guided morning meditation. Just a few minutes of Beditations at the beginning and end of each day will put your brainwave pattern into an Alpha state. Once there, the mind becomes refreshed, clear, and strong. HOW DO THEY WORK?
When you go to bed at night, just start the app, and the guided pre-sleep meditation of your choosing will ease you into a peaceful, restful sleep. These meditations will help silence mental chatter by relaxing the energy in the body and mind. At your desired time a morning Beditation will gently guide you out of sleep. As it plays, you will experience a boost in your inner strength and a sharpened mental focus, leaving you ready to achieve the best day possible. A meditation bell will continue to play after your morning meditation to ensure that you wake up. You will now be ready to energetically and enthusiastically begin your day!
