Our app has been crafted by physiotherapists and is an important tool for anyone looking to improve the way their body moves. We’ll show you how you to recover faster from injury and improve your performance, all on the go!

The app provides high quality HD videos of all the rehab exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist or trainer. Each exercise has been filmed in line with the best practice guidelines for
e-learning. Professionally trained models guide you to proper technique, crucial in helping you recover faster from injury.
Explore exercises that take you right from the initial stage of injury all the way back to training. Your physiotherapist or trainer can choose from a library of over 1,000 exercises to get you strengthening, stretching, balancing and improving your core stability. A variety of sports specific drills are available too.
