João Ferreira Annes de Almeida (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʒuˈɐ̃w̃ fɨˈʁɐjɾɐ ˈɐnɨʃ dɨ aɫˈmɐjdɐ]) (1628 - 1691) was a Portuguese Protestant pastor; the eponymous Bible translation he began also goes by his name.
