Follow Neil as he leads you through the 8 minute workout which includes off-the-bike flexibility, strength and core exercises that will allow you to adopt a more aggressive aerodynamic position, with greater efficiently, for longer periods, avoid neck and low back pain on long rides and address the postural limitations that can be caused by cycling.
