Looking for a way to relax? Binaural Beats Alpha Waves is the App for you! Have you ever heard about Alpha Waves before? Among all other isochronic tones, Alpha are associated with a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation. They are emitted in an amplitude range between 8 and 15 Hz and are needed for reach a state of mindfulness and profound relaxationa and for some types of biofeedback training.
They are excellent sounds to use during a meditation session, or when you simply need to chill your mind out. The use of headset or headphones is required to experience the effectiveness of the brainwave generator. The Binaural Beats Alpha Waves app allows you to do this, and lets you choose between 6 different binaural beats frequencies:
7,5hz - Perfect Relaxation State
8,5hz - Enhance Focus Ability
9,5hz - Lucidity and Calmness
