This theme is for Zooper Widget Pro!
The system notifications like "Charging" only shows when your phone is plugged in, the Message, Gmail and missed call count only show up when you have a new notification for them. When you don't have a new message, gmail etc they go away.
Everything you see is an individual widget. So set them up to your liking.
