This app provides a possibility to discover BLE devices, read their services and characteristics. Developers can use it to test the hardware or firmware of their BLE peripherals. If you develop an arduino firmware you can easy test it with this app.
Support Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy.

How to install BLE Console APK for Android [menu]

Update Phone Settings
