Open bp diary and click on the record button, you will go to record bp where your can adjust your systolic, diastolic and pulse with different date , time and weight
Use blood pressure history button to check your saved data

Avoid eating Sugar, frozen pizza, Pickles, canned soups, canned or bottled tomato products and Chicken skin and packaged foods.
To eat these things:

Eat Dark chocolate
Eat Leafy green vegetables

Eat Fermented foods
Always use real bp tester machine not use any untrusted app like bp recorder and blood pressure app.
