Blue Shield of California 2017 Open Enrollment App
Blue Shield’s open enrollment (OE) app helps you easily compare benefits and costs, search for doctors, and learn about our health and wellness programs, so that you can find the plan that’s right for you for 2017. This application is currently only available to select employer groups who have been provided a special access code.
