Choose a mode: Blur or Shape Blur.
In Blur mode you can load your image in JPEG format and blur the picture there.
If you choose Clear button and size of a pencil, then you can clear blurred parts on your photo.
Your photo for Valentine's Day can be decorated with Blur Shape effect.
Choose Shape Blur mode and blur your photos inside or outside different shapes: heart, triangle, square, circle, etc.
Change angle of rotation for shapes, zoom in and zoom out shapes for blur effect.
