Blur Photo Background Effects is a free hand application for the users to make any photos blur. With this, User can select the intensity of the blur, brush size as well as can also reset the blur effect. It also enable users to Save and Share the photos to social media.
User can also set the focus blur effect over the image with circle and also user can select an area for focus effect.

10. Paint - User can select any color to draw over the pic.
11. Blur - User can apply the blur effect on selected backgrounds and also change the density of blur.
