How to USE

1) Click on application icon for start Blur effect photo frame.
2) Make a choice. Goto your work, Blur frame selection or close app
3) Take photo from gallery or camera. (You can use both front or back camera)
4) Flip image if you feel. (On same screen)
5) resize, rotate, and move image for best settlement using fingers.
7) select new added Outer frame.
8) Save work and share with friends.
