BMI Fitness app allows you to calculate Body Mass Ratio, Body Fat Percentage,
Weight Height Ratio and Weight Loss percentage in your body. Measurement
involve information about your body, gender, age, weight, waist, neck and hip.
BMI Fitness calculator enable you to calculate values in imperial or metric units and
support people of different age.
Application includes:
• Easy calculation methods.
• History of your previous calculations.
• Progress bar to rate your body as normal, average or over-weight.
• Match you result with chart on bottom of the screen.
• Both Metric and Imperial units system are supported.

Body Mass Index: used to measure whether someone is over or underweight which
is calculated by dividing their weight (kg) by height in meters square.
Waist-Height Ratio: It is a simple measurement for the lifestyle risk and overweight assessment.
This method is gaining popularity in the scientific society and it is found that this is more appropriate measurement as compare to BMI.
Body Fat Percentage: used to measure how much fat are you carrying to determine whether you have a healthy body or not. 5% body fat can cause dangerous health issues for the average person. Whereas 25% fat ratio may be healthy depending upon your current age and gender.
Wody Loss Percentage: used to measure the decrease in your current weight as compared to previous weight. Losing weight can be very difficult as it requires energy, hard work and dedication.
