Tenny van den Berg studeerde in 1967 af van het CIOS in Arnhem. Ze volgde cursussen in Zwitserland en Amerika. In 1988 startte zij als bewegingstherapeute voor mensen met rug- nek en schouderklachten. In Duitsland heeft ze de cursus Wirbelsaulengymnastik gevolgd en op de Rotterdamse Universiteit de cursus bekkeninstabiliteit.
Youi van den Berg is al jaren Fitness- en Spinning instructeur en Personal Trainer. Hij is voedingscoach en is gediplomeerd in Lifestyle & Weight, Running en Gladiator.
Autumn van den Berg is Fitness- en Spinning instructrice en is gecertificeerd in diverse disciplines van Les Mills. Ook is zij instructrice in Kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba en Piloxing.
Samen vormen zij het familiebedrijf Body Dynamics.
