The body fat percentage is a simple numerical measure from weight and height. The result indicates to you, your percentage of fat. The body fat percentage includes essential body fat and storage body fat.
There exist three zones of body fat percentage. The app will display you in which zone you are. And it indicates you the maximum and minimum weight for each zones according to your morphology.
The app also calculates your ideal weight !
