As of October 31, 2017, Bomgar will no longer support the Bomgar for Dell 3000 app. For continued support of your Android devices, please use the Bomgar Support Client.

With this app, users can receive secure remote support from representatives without ever logging into their desktop. Users can share their screen, stream live video, co-browse websites and applications, and chat with representatives from the comfort of their Dell mobile device.

The Bomgar Dell Customer Client 2.2.8 runs on all Dell Venue 3000 devices with an official Android operating system, 4.4 or above.
