The Bridge Android application allows members to train anywhere at any time and fosters athletic development. With every workout, the Bridge library provides videos, images and instructions on how to do each exercise. Record your progress in the app, and Bridge will adjust the intensity of your program. Use self assessment and the daily performance log to track your flexibility, nutrition, sleep and energy levels.
In building elite athletes, Bridge focuses on making you more athletic--improving flexibility, explosiveness, coordination and strength--as this will optimize your performance as an athlete.
