Voice can be configured for pitch and speech rate.
IMPORTANT: For best quality download Samsung high quality voice. Go to Settings -> My device -> Language and Input -> Text-to-Speech options -> Select Samsung text-to-speech engine, go its to settings -> Install voice data and download Female/high quality voice. For Google devices download SVOX Grace voice or other voices available in Google Play. Voice tone and speech rate can be adjusted in global settings.
