Can I use the app with my e-bike?
Unfortunately, not all bikes that have our drive can use the app. Just check with the app to see if your bike is compatible before signing up or have a look at the following website: https://www.brose-ebike.com/de-en/app-compatible-ebikes/index.html. The app is compatible with all e-bike models listed there. All other bikes are unfortunately not available for the app at this time.
How can I connect my bike to the app?
• Download the e-Bike app from the App Store
• Start the app and activate the bluetooth function of your smartphone
• Turn on your e-bike and activate the bluetooth function as well
• Follow the instructions in the app to connect now
• Your e-bike connects to the app

You will be assisted step by step in adding the bike, so you can take advantage of the app in no time. The home screen gives you a complete overview of your e-bike's battery status, available range, and current connection status. Here you can also see a summary of your previous rides.
