Apex = Menu > Theme settings > Bubble Icons
Nova = Menu > nova settings > look and feel > icon theme > Bubble Icons
Holo = Menu > Launcher settings > Appearance setting > Icon pack > Bubble Icons
ADW = Menu > ADWsettings > Themes > Bubble Icons

How to install Bubble Icon pack APK for Android [menu]
Download Bubble Icon pack APK file (com.AVDesign.bubbles_1_275184.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
