See a leaky faucet in a property? Create a task and work order right then and there complete with photo documentation. Quickly look up your favorite plumber and call him right then and there.
With the Buildium App you can:
- Manage your tasks and work orders
- View your property information
- View tenant, owner, and vendor information
- Call, text, or email any of your contacts from your Android phone
- Quickly add photos of your property and tasks using your phone camera
- Locate and get directions to properties using Google maps
- Launch the full version of Buildium in your browser with no login required
How to install Buildium APK for Android [menu]
Download Buildium APK file (com.mobiquity.Buildium_745_2922902.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
