Linking awareness to action in the palm of your hand, the Burlington Connected app lets you submit service request directly from your phone automatically to the appropriate city department. Service requests are routed directly and you will receive a notification on your phone or via email to update you on the status of your request. Help make Burlington the best community possible by reporting anything from a pothole to a broken streetlight, graffiti or overgrown lots.
