Gagak adalah anggota burung pengicau (Passeriformes) yang termasuk dalam marga Corvus, suku Corvidae.
Hampir semua jenis burung ini berukuran relatif besar dan berwarna bulu dominan hitam. Daerah sebarannya ada di seluruh benua dan kepulauan, dengan perkecualian di Amerika Selatan.
