Die App berechnet auf Basis der gefahrenen Geschwindigkeit, dem Ort des Vergehens und der Art des Fahrzeugs die Höhe des Bußgelds, die Zahl der Punkte in Flensburg und ein mögliches Fahrverbot.
Hinweise zu den Unklarheiten in den Kommentaren:
1. In Deutschland wird das Bußgeld daran bemessen, um wie viel die jeweilig erlaubte Höchstgeschwindigkeit überschritten wurde. Dabei ist unerheblich, welche Höchstgeschwindigkeit jeweils gilt. Zum Beispiel werden 20 km/h zu viel immer gleich geahndet - ob bei 30 km/h erlaubter Höchstgeschwindigkeit oder bei 100 km/h erlaubter Höchstgeschwindigkeit.
2. Es wird bei der Bewertung von Geschwindigkeitsverstößen nur nach innerorts und außerorts unterschieden. Ob der Geschwindigkeitsverstoß auf einer Autobahn, einer Bundesstraße oder einer Landstraße erfolgt ist, spielt keine Rolle.
