[블루투스 연결이 되지 않는 경우]
1. 휴대폰의 블루투스가 켜져 있는지 확인해보세요.
2. 스마트폰의 설정 > 애플리케이션(앱 및 알림>앱정보) > BWA > 권한 > 위치'허용' 으로 해주세요.
3. 스마트폰케이스를 벗긴 후 시도해보세요.
4. 연결하는데 주변 상황에 따라 길게는 10초 이상 소요될 수 있습니다.
5. 발판에서 내려오신 후 BWA ON이 꺼지면 앱을 재실행하여 다시 한 번 시도해보세요.
6. 그래도 연결이 안 되는 경우 고객센터에 문의해주세요.
