Please note that call recording does not work on certain handsets and can result in inferior quality recordings.
There is a limitation for some phones that don't support recording from phone line or hands-free or Bluetooth. It’s recording driver problem made by manufacturer of the phone.
If you encounter any recording issues or wish to improve voice quality, try recording from a different audio source, or use auto-on speaker mode (Default).
