Caller Name Announcer 2 uses text-to-speech to speak the name of the caller or sender name to SMS and content of the SMS. Caller Name Announcer 2 will not work if your smartphone does not have a library text-to-speech, but this is not a problem because you can easily download from the Google Play store.
Caller Name Announcer publication:
* Caller Name, if exists in phonebook
* If not exist in the directory, call it unknown
* Speaks content and SMS sent Sender Name
