You will know who is calling you or who sent you a message or which the app pushes a new notification to your device. Caller Name Announcer support to speak the content of SMS or notification also.
You can know unknown telephone numbers who called or sent SMS to you even if the number is not in your Contact list.

- Permission android.permission.READ_CONTACTS only check who called or sent SMS to you.

Permission is not used to collect or share any personal data.
