Call Announce can be used in several scenarios. One is for a company who has several IT support technicians that take urgent after hours calls. Using Call Announce, the phone system tries to connect the caller with up to 6 different technicians. The caller listens to music as the system dials each technicians phone.
The best part is that even if the call eventually goes to voice mail.
This App also includes SMS Sender name Announce option in Setting.
Call Announce solves many issues in routing calls to phones outside the office directly.
Generally, a Caller ID is use to track down unwanted calls. The Caller ID will only work on the receiving party's phone. However, to function effectively, there are three requirements that the phone must have in order to function effectively:
• the receiving party must have a phone that can store ID-phone application;
• the receiving party's phone must have activated to fully function; and
• the receiving party must be situated within the area of coverage that could capture Caller ID application.
For a more sophisticated display of information before you take incoming calls, there are available software applications where callers are properly identified.Caller ID can perform the following functions:
• display a customized screen where the name, number or the picture of the caller is displayed;
• announces the name of the caller or play a distinctive ringing sound to identify each caller;
• sends email back to you informing that you have a blocked call. All necessary details of the call are transmitted for information;
• play an automatic default messages to specific phone caller;
• automatically records phone conversations
Once the Caller Name Announcer application is properly installed, you can now use specific key functions to activate Caller ID. In the same manner, you can also deactivate Caller ID for calls of a particular number by the use of some specific key functions. its simple on/off in setting.
