Capichi Delivery là ứng dụng hỗ trợ khách hàng có thể gọi món tại các nhà hàng, siêu thị….tại Việt Nam chủ yẠu là khách hàng Nhật Bản đang sinh sống tại các thành phố lớn như : Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Tp Hồ Chí Minh. Hiện tại Capichi Delivery hỗ trợ ngôn ngữ tiẠng Nhật và tiẠng Viêt .
Capichi Delivery đối tác là phần mềm dành riêng cho đối tác nhà hàng, siêu thị hỗ trợ các đối tác có thể dễ dàng quản lý thông tin về cửa hàng, đơn hàng, tương tác trực tiẠp với khách hàng một cách tiện lợi và nhanh chóng.
Quy trình vận hành:
- Khách hàng order trưc tiẠp tại Website: order.capichiapp.com
- Cửa hàng nhận thông báo đơn hàng trên app Capichi Delivery đối tác
- Xác nhận đơn hàng và cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng trực tiẠp trên app, sau mỗi cập nhật khách hàng sẽ nhận được thông báo tự động về tình trạng đơn hàng.
- Nhà hàng giao hàng và thanh toán trực tiẠp với khách hàng.
