¡Con Carga Activa ya no te quedarás sin saldo!
Ahora con Carga Activa puedes cargar tu bip!, consultar el saldo en tiempo real (sin desfases), y si tu celular tiene NFC, activar tus cargas remotas con solo apoyar tu tarjeta bip! en la parte trasera del teléfono.
Importante: Carga Activa funciona a través de la tecnología NFC que tienen los teléfonos, por lo tanto, es importante que tu móvil tenga NFC y que el chip NFC sea compatible con la tarjeta bip! para permitir su lectura.
Cómo funciona Carga Activa?
1. Lo primero que debes hacer, es descargar la app Carga Activa.
2. Una vez descargada la aplicación, presionas el botón “Carga tu bip!”, donde podrás cargar tu tarjeta.
3. Una vez realizada la transacción, presionas el botón “Activa tu carga bip!” desde el menú, acercas tu tarjeta a la parte de atrás de tu teléfono, espera el mensaje de confirmación y listo!, tu tarjeta está cargada.
4. También puedes consultar el saldo en tiempo real (sin desfases). Sólo debes presionar el botón “Consulta tu saldo bip!” desde el menú, acercas tu tarjeta en la parte de atrás del teléfono y listo!.
Consideraciones:
- Verifica que tengas conexión a Internet y que la señal sea buena y estable.
- Intenta mover tu tarjeta por la parte trasera del teléfono hasta encontrar el chip NFC.
Normalmente los fabricantes ponen el chip NFC cerca de la cámara o al medio del
teléfono. Te darás cuenta que encontraste el chip porque la aplicación comenzará
operar.
- Una vez que encuentres el chip NFC no muevas la tarjeta hasta terminar la operación.
