All our used cars after-sale insurance guarantee, and if you are not satisfied, we have a full refund policy within 7 days (from the date the car is delivered for a period of 7 days). The condition of sale is in accordance with the company’s policy.
Easy Process - We'll take care of every step for you, from collecting and preparing various documents right through the online process until the transfer of the vehicle registration, to provide you with the maximum comfort from our services.

When you see which car you like, just make the required booking deposit and if you change your mind, we can refund your deposit in full 3-5 working days after 48 hours (from the time of booking). Test drive to get the feel: After booking the car you like, our staff will contact you back to confirm your selection, time or let us park the car for a test drive at home and location that convenience you are most. Just select the CARS24 service center or the desired location from our designated service area. We will meet you there with the car of your choice in a heartbeat!
3. Home delivery service or self-pick-up: As soon as you have made your payment and have concluded the required paper works with our Customer Relationship Manager, we will take care of the rest of the process of registering the car for you. You can select our home delivery service or pick up your car in person at a CARS24 service center near you as well.
